Now rated as an MSDT – What’s next?

So it is official. I have completed the required number of certifications and I am now a MSDT. I’ll now be including  more speciality teaching to my repertoire.

Where to next? Well after this there is Staff Instructor, to become one of these I have to help run an IDC and support my instructor candidates at an IE under the supervision of a Course Director. Currently I meet the requirements for a Staff Instructor, but I feel that I would like to at least meet the majority of the requirements of the level above (Master Instructor) before I embark on becoming a Staff Instructor
